Abuloma Crowns Amadabo, ‘Morrow
All is now set for the Installation and Coronation of Brigadier-General Bright Ateke Fiboinumama (Rtd) as the Amadabo of Abuloma Kingdom, tomorrow at Abuloma, in Port Harcourt Local Government Area of Rivers State.
The installation which will begin in the early hours of the morning, is expected to climax with formal coronation of the Obeomo Mudo of Abuloma Kingdom.
The Regent of Abuloma, Chief Inimieari F.I. Robert Gobi-Olei in a statement in Port Harcourt yesterday invited the Okrika Divisional Council of Chiefs (ODCC), and the public to attend the ceremonies.
The choice of Brigadier-General Fiboinumama, according to the Regent, was unanimous and enjoys the support of all stakeholders, especially, the Abuloma Chiefs Council, the Joint Council, the Otopo Group of Houses, Committee of War Canoe Chairmen, Elders, Community Development Committee (CDC), men, women and the youth.
This is why, he said, Abuloma would be agog with festivities and funfair to celebrate the filling of the long vacant traditional stool, Amadabo of Abuloma Kingdom, and enjoined friends and the general public to come to Abuloma and behold the people’s rich cultural heritage and witness history unfold.
The Regent described the Amadabo-elect as a patriotic, forthright, humble humane and dedicated soldier in the development of Abuloma, the state and the nation.
That is why, according to him, Brigadier-General Fiboinumama’s choice as Natural Ruler was embraced by all and sundry and to be celebrated by the entire Abuloma Kingdom and indeed beyond.
