PHALGA Proposes N4.4 bn For 2010
The Port Harcourt City Local Government Area (PHALGA) has proposed a budget of N4.4 billion for its services in 2010.
Presenting the estimate the Mayor of Port Harcourt, Chief Azubuike Nmerokini urged the legislative assembly to endorse it without delay for the benefit of the people of the area.
Reacting to the development, Leader of the Legislative Assembly, Chief Hon. Chochi Amadi congratulated the mayor on his achievements so far and promised a speedy passage of the bill to move Port Harcourt City forward.
Besides, the legislature eventually also passed a vote of confidence on the Mayor for his outstanding achievement evidenced by the numerous projects he embarked upon.
In the same vein the legislators also passed a vote of confidence on the leader of the Legislative Assembly Chief, Hon. Chochi PHALGA Proposes N4.4 bn For 2010
Amadi for his outstanding leadership style and the peaceful atmosphere she had engendered within the council.
