MOSIEND Hails Tinubu For Appointing Walson-Jack HoCSF
The Movement for the Survival of the Izon Ethnic Nationality in the Niger Delta (MOSIEND) has commended President Bola Tinubu for appointing Mrs. Esther Didi Walson-Jack as Head of Civil Service of the Federation.
President Tinubu had recently named Walson-Jack as the new Head of the Civil Service of the Federation to succeed Dr. Folasade Yemi-Esan who will retire on August 13, 2024.
MOSIEND urged Walson-Jack to carry out her duties with creativity, integrity, and strict adherence to the established rules and regulations of the Civil Service.
Speaking to newsmen in Port Harcourt, recently, President of MOSIEND, Comrade Kennedy Tonjo West, expressed gratitude to President Tinubu for finding Walson-Jack worthy of the appointment; describing her as an asset to the nation.
West described Walson-Jack’s appointment as a square peg in a square hole; assuring the President that she will bring her wealth of experience to bear and also bring reforms that will improve the federal civil service.
He noted that Walson-Jack is a true daughter of the Ijaw nation who has always been identifying with her people.
“Didi is an asset to the Federal Government, and we know that President Tinubu will enjoy her wealth of experience because of her proven track records of integrity which she has always demonstrated even before 2017 when she became a Permanent Secretary at the federal level.”
“The President will always enjoy her invaluable contributions to the growth and betterment of the civil service, as well as her support to government in implementing or accomplishing its policies especially as it relates to the workforce.
“Didi is somebody who is passionate about one Nigeria and she’s not tribalistic at all, we know she will not disappoint.”
“We want every Niger Deltan to throw their weight behind her to succeed so that she can be able to galvanize government to achieve the Renewed Hope agenda of Mr President for the betterment of all,” West said.
