Etche APC Launches Ward-To-Ward Campaign
In its efforts to ensure the
victory of the All Progressive Congress (APC) during the forth-coming general elections the Etche Local Government Area Chapter of the party in Rivers State has commenced a ward-to-ward campaign in the area.
The campaign also featured the sensitisation of voters as well as voters education to all electorates in the area.
Speaking at Ozuzu, Egbu, Isu, Afara, Nihi, Odufor Wards, the director of APC campaign organisation in Etche, Barrister Emeka Ordu said the aim of the campaign was to sensitize the people on the forth-coming elections as well as solicit for their votes.
According to him, the All Progressive Congress is the only political party that can ensure bight future for all Nigerians adding that vote for APC would sustain infrastructural development in the state.
He urged the people of the area to continue to support the party so as to benefit from the in-coming administration.
In their various contributions, Hon. Ogbonna Nwuke, Golden Chioma, Victor Amadi, Reginald Ukwuoma and Commissioner for Energy, Hon. Okey Amadi called on the people to vote for all the candidates of the party during the forthcoming general elections.
They urged the people to continue to support the administration of Governor Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi adding that the governor had done well for the people of the area.
“We have roads, Electricity, hospitals and Schools. Before now those things were lacking but governor Amaechi came and gave us all these for the people of Etche, they said.
The campaign team also paid courtesy calls on all the traditional rulers of the area and received royal blessings.
