Represented by the Secretary to the State Government, Mr George Feyii recently at the inauguration of a 10-man committee to evolve measures in reforming the public service, Amaechi decried the rot in the system.

The Committee is headed by former Permanent Secretary in the Civil Service, Mr Christopher Obinna, while the Permanent Secretary in the Cabinet Office of the SSG, Ms Kadilo Brown is to serve as the scribe.
