Six Ships With Frozen Fish Arrive Rivers, Onne Ports, Today
The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) says six ships laden with frozen fish and bulk wheat will arrive two ports in the Eastern ports, today.
This was contained in the Authority’s Daily Shipping Positions made available to newsmen yesterday.
The shipping positions gave the names of the ports as Rivers Port Complex, Port Harcourt and Onne Port, all in Rivers State.
The statement listed the names of the vessels as MSC, Martha, WL Palekh and HSL Portsmouth for Onne ports.
NPA gave the names of the cargoes as containers and bulk fertilizer, while the names of the shipping agents are Mediterranean Shipping, Samcham Holdings Limited and Maersk Nigeria Limited.
For Rivers Port Complex, NPA gave the names of the vessels as Median Roma, Frio Galicia and Km Jakarta.
It listed the names of the cargoes as frozen fish and bulk wheat, while Allison Shipping, Samcham and JFDOR were given as shipping agents.
The shipping position said that the six ships are due to arrive the ports today at various terminal berths and ports.
