We Can Still Win The Title – Coach: DSTV B/Ball League
The Chief Coach of Royal Hoopers Basketball Club of Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Ogoh Oduadu has expressed optimism that his side would still win the Nigeria DSTU Basketball premier league this season.
Odaudu said this in a telephone interview with Tidesports last week saying that despite losing to Dondan Warriors of Lagos at home 81-79 it would not stop them from defending the league tittle.
According to him, the technical crew would go back to the drawing board to detect where the mistakes came from.
“I would not say that the game was bad, it was quite okay and an interesting encounter, but unfortunately we lost with a slim imagine.
We have to learn from our mistakes from now on, We lost a match is not a calamity, it is a league process. Right now we are occupying the second position on the log’ Odandu said.
He expressed joy that the Nigeria Basketball league is improving interms of the quality of play.
