Group Unveils Eco-Friendly Housing
An eco-friendly housing scheme is now underway in the outskirts of Port Harcourt, the Rivers State capital.
Tagged,”Port Harcourt Green Enclave”, the project is billed to be sighted at Omerelu in Ikwerre Local Government Area of the state.
Initiator of the scheme, Perfect Nyenwezi Wekhe, during the launch of the scheme in Port Harcourt, at the weekend, said it is tailored to meet the needs of both the poor and the rich.
According to him,the project is driven by a joint partnership with the Zuga Business Empire Limited, a company that deals majorly on cryptocurrencies.
Wekhe revealed that the project was such that those who cannot acquire property through naira can do so through crytocurrency.
Explaining further, he stated that, “the first leg provides opportunity for Zuga coin holders to transact, manage their portfolios and develop, grow Zuga coin; while the second leg provides the needed traffic for commencement of PH Green City and further use of Zuga coin in the city.
“All those who participate are expected to be key shareholders of the city with discount of five per cent”.
On his part, Chairman of Zuga Business Empire, who spoke through, Prof Mkpa Mkpa, praised the effort of the initiators of the programme.
Mkpa enjoined the populace to exploit the opportunity offered by the project to better their lives.
He explained that the Zuga group is poised to empower the citizenry through investment, as he described cryptocurrency as a financial scheme aimed at empowering the people to live a better life.
