Rivers State Deputy Governor, Dr.Ipalibo Harry Banigo has expressed regrets that the All Progressives Congress-led Federal Government that promised to take Nigerians out of poverty has turned Nigeria into the poverty capital of the world.

“They told us that one dollar will be equivalent to one naira.Today, because the economy is so battered, all our professionals are leaving in droves.People are crying for security from the North-East, North-Central, North-West; everywhere. Rivers State is the safest state to live and do business now in this country, and that is because we have a leader in the person of Governor NyesomWike”, Banigosaid.

“Today is a very remarkable day for us because, with this type of enterprise you will see, as many of you have testified that you have been lifted from one level to another, and this is how we make sure that our youths and young adults find purpose in life, employ other people and unemploymentwill keep reducing in Rivers State”.
