He expressed shock at the unfortunate incidence involving the two sister security agencies which led to the destruction of lives and properties.
The Deputy Governor pledged the cooperation of the state government to unravel the immediate and remote cause of the incident with a view to bringing to book all those who played direct or indirect role in the unfortunate action.
Professor Esu praised the Service Commanders of the Nigerian Navy and Police Force in the state for quick response and finding a peaceful solution towards putting the situation under control.

On his part, the State Commissioner of Police, Hafiz Inuwa, expressed delight on the visit of the representative of the Chief of Naval Staff to ascertain the level of destruction in order to find lasting solutions to it.
