50 Ex-Militants Graduate In PH
About 50 ex-Niger Delta Militants who underwent a four months entrepreneurial training at the Quantum Business School Port Harcourt under the Amnesty Programme of the Federal Government have graduated.
Addressing the graduating ex-militants, the managing director/chief executive officer of First Global Microfinance Bank Mr Victor Itonyo thanked the Federal Government for the training which has turned the ex-militants into potential entrepreneurs to Niger Delta.
Itonyo expressed satisfaction with the standard of the training and stressed the need for them to imbibe the virtues of humility as well as put God in every of their endeavour .
He also advised them to put into practical use the experiences acquired during the four-month training and assured of his support.
In his speech the chief executive officer of Prime Watch Limited, Mr Peres Opiriba charged the graduands, to be humble, while cultivating the virtues of endurance and perseverance.
He described the programme as a big success as commended the management of Quantum Project Limited for the impressive feat recorded with the ex-militants in the four-month programme.
Speaking the managing director/chief executive officer of Quantum Project Limited Josephine Itonyo said that the programme has opened vista of opportunities for the ex-militants whose experiences would be of immense benefits to the people of the Niger Delta and beyond.
Mrs Itonyo also lauded them for their peaceful conduct throughout the period of the training, adding that its success has shown that God was interested in their success.
