Mrs Amaechi Rewards Rivers Youth For Honesty
Fortune smiled on little Emmanuel Vitus, a student of Modela Boys Secondary School, Omoku in Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni local government last Tuesday as the wife of Rivers State Governor, Judith Amaechi awarded him scholarship and cash prize for his honesty.
It was a joyous day for Emmanuel who never realized that his participation in the world AIDS day will change his fortune for the better. Emmanuel was rewarded with a cash prize and scholarship for recovering and returning a missing phone he picked at the venue of the event. Emmanuel after making his discovery, went to the high table and revealed his finding. (the phone).
This show of patriotism and honesty attracted the Rivers First Lady who expressed a mother’s love to a God- fearing child.
While making her speech, Mrs. Amaechi eulogized Emmanuel Vitus and awarded him a scholarship and cash prize. He will also serve as ESI ambassador.
According to Mrs. Amaechi, “little Emmanuel has demonstrated the fear of God in him and today am happy that our children are showing that there is hope in our state. I therefore award him post primary scholarship and he will work with us at ESI as our ambassador.
Emmanuel Vitus has joined the league of Mrs. Amaechi’s scholars enjoying full scholarship in post primary education in the state.
