The RSTV boss also called on media practitioners in-the State, especially those of the electronic media to avail themselves of the opportunity and as well, get trained in the system.
Chief executives of other state-owned electronic media houses, who also spoke at the event, said it was a welcomed development, going by the happenings around the world.
They maintained that analogue system of news reporting was no longer practised in any part of the globe, regretting that the country was yet to adopt the system.
