Telecom Provider Charges Distributors, Subscribers On Commitment
Etisalat Nigeria, has changed its subscribers and distributor to be alive and maintain their relationship with the telecommunication company.
The, director, indirect and corporate sales, Mr Ken Ogujiofor, said this in Lagos, recently while hosting its distributors.
Ogujiofor, noted that the forum was also to get feedback from distributors and others inorder to enable the company improve on its services.
He explained that the coming together of the organisation and its customers, strengthens its relationship with the public, while calling for their continued patronage.
Distributors, who graced the occasion in their numbers lauded the telecom giant for their support and sincere business relationship.
They were of the view that Etisalat has so far forced other network providers to sit-up and improve on their services.
In Port Harcourt, the company is working to ensure that all its subscribers were fully registered in line with the federal government’s directives.
The Tide learnt that the telecom provider, now uses a mobile registration van to register its subscribers and at the same time sell some of its new products at a subsidised rate.
