A group in Port Harcourt, iEBS-Matrixx Co-operative has concluded plan  to abreast the members with the level of effort and business loan disbursement arrangements.
This was made known by the President of the Co-operative, Dr. Larry Goodwill Ajiola  yesterday in Port Harcourt.
Ajiola, who is a UN Eminent Peace Ambassador, said the information has become necessary to intimate members with all they need to know about the loan.
He noted that the Co-operative has fixed tomorrow (10th of the December) for the last general meeting of the year, adding that the executive does not want to leave anyone in the dark as the year wines up.
The Matrixx President said  the co-operative has made effort to carry every member along, stating that the aim of the group is to empower over 40,000 SMEs.
He noted that the group has been able to overcome the challenges posed by one financial institution that disappointed and  delayed the group’s original plan.
Ajiola said the meeting would among other issues handle the registration of new members, information on grants and loans and the attitude of members towards the group.
“The aim of the co-operative is to empower and better the businesses of the members. Co-operatives help to build the businesses of members. Expansion of businesses are better achieved with co-operatives than as individuals”, he said.
