Police Partner Judiciary For Effective Justice Delivery
The State Police Command says it will synergise with the judiciary as part of efforts to reduce crime and criminality in the state.
Commissioner of Police Mr Eboka Friday stated this when he paid a courtesy visit to the Chief Judge of the State, Mrs. Adanma Lamikanra .
He noted that a relationship between the police and the judiciary would fast track the delivery of criminal justice.
The Commissioner of Police said officers were trained and retrained to avoid act of human rights abuses that might lead to litigations.
On her part, Chief Judge of the State, Mrs Adanma Lamikanra while appreciating the Commissioner of Police for the visit said the judiciary would consolidate efforts of the police to ensure that crime and criminality is brought to the barest minimum in the state.
