‘Akwa Ibom Can Create One Million Entrepreneurs Yearly’
The prototype of what would complement efforts of the Akwa Ibom State Government and create additional one million entrepreneurs in just one year was recently released by an ICT entrepreneur and youth coach, Mr. Uzo Nduka.
Nduka, who is the Managing Director of Domino Information Company Limited (DICL), patent owners of the software, Business Manager for Entrepreneurs, and the BM Laptops, was a resource person at the First Akwa Ibom State Entrepreneurs Forum at which he challenged the Government and Peoples of the state to move a step further by leveraging on their massive investments in infrastructure — especially roads, airport and power to now facilitate the emergence of one million new businesses in the State within one year.
Nduka also affirmed that his company would partner with the State to provide the new entrepreneurs with the business management toolkit (patented) and capacity building that will greatly enhance their chances of success. Tagged, “One Million Entrepreneurs in One Year,” the DICL boss, in his presentation, demonstrated the “achievability” of this goal, insisting that “this will have great multiplier effects on the socio-economy and will make Akwa Ibom State to become the most prosperous, peaceful and socially stable State in Nigeria.”
