Prompt Service Delivery Advocated
The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Lands and Survey, Pastor Christopher Briggs has stressed the need for promptness in service delivery.
Pastor Briggs who gave the advice during a management meeting of Directors and Heads of Units in the Ministry, explained that delayed action often affect productivity resulting in low performance.
According to him, the steps if vigorously pursued would go a long way to Propagating the spirit of efficiency and job satisfaction among the staff.
Reacting to complaints on hindrances to effective service delivery, he disclosed that a Planning, Research and Statistics (PRS) Unit would be set up to facilitate quick service delivery and enjoined all hands to be on deck to actualise the vision of the Ministry.

Colleagues thanked the Permanent Secretary for the meeting and expressed their determination to achieve set targets.
