Our Products Are Making Nigeria Proud – Group
Foremost boat building and marine consulting firm, Epenal Group of Companies says its products are now ganerating international patronage.
Managing Director of the company, Numo Lele Aaron, made the revelation during an inspection visit by the Head of Navy and Vice Minister of National Security, Equatorial Guinea, His Excellency Fortunato Wane in Port Harcourt on Monday.
The Equatorial Guinea Navy Chief was in Nigeria to inspect products of the company.
Aaron said the products from the boat building yard of Epenal are of international standard and has over the years attracted patronage from outside the country.
“We are going Central Africa and Africa. We are making Nigeria proud, and the Nigerian Navy has been a good partner as well”, he stated.
The Epenal Managing Director said the quality of the products of the company shows that Nigeria has resources and manpower to produce quality things as much as the business environment and government support is present.
Aside boat building, he disclosed that the company is also engaged in dredging and shore protection.
With over 200 staffers, he enjoined the government to support and patronise the company in the training and development of the marine sector.
On his part, the Vice Minister of National Security of Equatorial Guinea expressed happiness over the industrial achievements of Epenal.
While expressing optimism in Africa’s industrial potentials, the Equatorial Navy Chief stressed need for unity among African countries.
He said, “We are happy that a job like this is being done by a Blackman and an African”.
He assured that partnership and cooperation will be sustained between Nigeria and Equitorial Guinea, promising that the information he has gathered would be related back to his country for more business opportunities.
