Khana LG Chair Flags Off Digital Literacy Programme For Youth, ‘Morrow
All is now set for the flag-off of the Khana Local Government Area Youth Digital literacy programme.
The flag-off is expected to hold tomorrow at the Khana administrative office in Bori by 9.am.
Khana Local Government Caretaker Committee Chairman, Ambassador Marvin Yobana, disclosed this in a statement.
Yobana said the programme would provide training in computer literacy, internet usage, and other digital skills for the youths in the local government area.
According to him, the first phase of the programme will provide training for 500 youths in advanced ICT programme
The council chairman said the literacy programme was meant to equip the youths of Khana with the requisite ICT skills needed to be competitive in this digital age.
He urged the youths in the local government area to access and register online for the literacy programme.
