4 Brigade, Benin Gets New Commander
Brig.-Gen. Musa Sadiq yesterday assumed duty as Commander, 4 Brigade, Benin City.
The Tide reports that Sadiq took over from Brig.-Gen. Usman Bello, who had been redeployed to the Nigerian Army Resource Centre, Abuja.
In a farewell address, Bello expressed appreciation to the personnel of the Brigade for their support and professional conduct which he said facilitated his successful tenure.
He urged them to extend same to the new commander.
Responding, Sadiq commended the outgoing commander for the good standard in the Brigade and promised to maintain it.
The new commander charged the personnel to remain professional in the discharge of their duties.
Until his appointment, Sadiq was the Chief of Staff at the Operation Delta Safe in Bayelsa State.
