Talk show host, Oprah Winfrey who has been in a long time partnership with businessman, Stedman Graham, for decades, has revealed why they never got married. In her interview with Vogue Magazine, Oprah 63, disclosed that though she and Stedman Graham have been together for more than 30 years, they have scarcely discussed walking down the isle.
“Nobody believes it, but it’s true, the only time I brought it up was when I said to Stedman what would have happened if we had actually gotten married? And the answer is, “we would not have stayed together because marriage requires a different way of being in this world”.
“The interpretation of what it means to be a husband and what it would mean for me to be a wife would have been pretty traditional and I would not have been able to fit into that”. Explaining what she’s learned from choosing not to marry her long time partner, Oprah Winfrey said, live life on your own terms”.

Reacting to the milestone, FilmOne described the moment as both surreal and communal, crediting audience loyalty for pushing the film to the top spot once again as the number-one movie of the weekend. And that sentiment feels accurate. This wasn’t just ticket sales; it was momentum.
