Akpaka maintained the country must be prepared to utilize her citizens who are professionals in various fields to give the nation a face lift.
He pointed out that Nigeria has all it takes to change the nation for better through instrument of science and technology.
He explained that most developed countries of the world engaged their experts, especially engineers in building their nation.

He noted that most nations across the globe make use of the indigenous experts.
He also tasked state governors on the need to engage our engineers in their various state in all engineering works and construction jobs.
