“I am happy that you cooperated with the company to see that this dream is actualised and I’m also appealing to you to do your best in ensuring that this road will be maintained to the barest minimum so that you all will enjoy the dividends of democracy while it lasts”.
While inspecting Ozuoba/Rumuosi Road, the commissioner also appreciated the level and quality of work done by Hado Construction Company, noting that “the job is up to standard and according to specification and durability is garranteed”.
He called on both communities to try as much as possible to avoid blocking the drains with solid waste to avoid flooding in the area.
“The issue of water flooding the road has been taken care of by constructing good drains that take water to Choba canal, so it is expected of everybody to dispose their refuse appropriately rather than making the drains an alternative way of disposing refuse”.
