Sharks’ Poor Home Run Continues …Plays 0-0 With Enyimba

Harcourt’s romance with relegation continued at yesterday as it was forced to drop points again at home, courtesy of a drab goalless draw with Enyimba FC of Aba in a week 26 game of the Nigeria Professional Football league, NPFL played at their stadium in Port Harcourt.
Both teams came close to snatching victory in the game, Sharks in the 32nd and 65th minutes when Jackson Daniel headed wide and had his effort cleared off the line by skipper Chinedu Udoji, respectively.
Enyimba also had its chance through Ahmed Kone in the 20th and 56th minutes.
The Peoples Elephants now have 49 points from 26 games to remain top of the league table after second placed Sunshine Stars lost 2-1 at wiki Tourists.
Meanwhile Sharks’ Sister Club, Dolphins also played at home yesterday made better use of home advantage after running out 2-0 winners over visiting Akwa United at the Liberation Stadium, Port Harcourt.
