Ibinabo Fiberesima Weds Hubby, December

dent, Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN), Ibinabo Fiberesima will be getting married to her long time beau Uche Ben Egbuka this December as plans are on going to make the wedding a very grand one owing to the status of the pretty bride to be.
It was gathered that she is leaving no stone unturned to make her big day a very special one. We also gathered that the ex-beauty queen has embarked on a shopping spree in places like UK, Turkey and New York in preparation for her wedding which holds on the 18th and 19th of December 2014.
The highly talented screen diva who recorded a resounding victory at the last AGN election which ushered her back to office as the President for a second tenure has succeeded in changing the face of the Guild with her diligence and kindness, which not only earned her the admiration and well wishes of many who she had affected positively, but she also got richly blessed with loves.
The Okrika Rivers State born beauty queen and first female president of AGN was said to be very excited when her hubby proposed to her. According to our source, their relationship dates back to their days in the University of Ibadan, although they both lived their separate lives upon graduatio; the duo remained best of friends until the love arrow struck.
Her fiancée, Egbuka is a well built handsome youngman with an intimidating height of over 6ft.
A graduate of English Language and Literature/ Letters from the University of Ibadan, he later acquired a Masters Degree (MS), Health Services Administration from the Central Michig an University and also acquired a Master of Divinity (MDiv) at the Liberty University in 2013.
His work career started as a press intern with the Government House Press Corps in Akwa Ibom State in 1994. After this, he got employed as Security Analyst at the Nigerian Consulate, Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago. In 1998, he joined the United States Army as a Logistic Specialist/Quarter Master.
From 2005 to 2008 he was Chief Operating Officer Agape LLC before Joining Life care solutions, a Health, Wellness and Fitness company as Director of Operations. Currently he is a Health Systems specialist at the Eisenhover Army Hospital, However, the father of 3 adorable kids hails from Ubonukam, Onicha in Imo State.
It was gathered that a lot of celebrities are expected to grace the two day- event with colour code of Royal Blue and Red. The Traditional Marriage will hold on the 18th while the White Wedding follows on the 19th. It was also gathered that there would be an influx of entertainers from both the hip hop genre and cultural troupes.
Over 5 musicians and comedians will be entertaining guests at the two day event.

They Booed, Threw Bottles At Me – Tems Recounts
R&B star, Temilade Openiyi, popularly known as Tems, has recounted the early-career challenges she faced, revealing that she was once booed out of the stage while performing at a school event.
Speaking in an interview with Newsmen, the Crazy Tings crooner shared that she wasn’t only booed but was also harassed with plastic bottles.
“I remember one time I was going to perform at my school as an up-and-coming singer and I thought I was going to receiving a standing ovation.
“But I got booed. They even threw plastic bottles at me,” she recalled.
Tems explained that despite the embarrassing incident and other such rejections, she remained determined to pursue a career in music.
The Tide Entertainment reports that Tems admitted that some of the initial rejections she faced could be due to her conviction to stick to her originality instead of doing covers or familiar sounds like most of her peers.
The Grammy-winning singer said looking back now, she is glad that she didn’t compromise her style despite the initial pressures.

Primeboy Pleads For Mohbad’s Burial
A close associate of late singer Mohbad, Primeboy, has appealed for the artiste’s burial nearly three years after his death.
According to him, Mohbad’s body remains in the mortuary since September 12, 2023, pending burial arrangements.
The Tide Entertainment reports that in a statement Primeboy urged the family, public, and government to permit the burial, stating, “It’s been almost three years since Mohbad left us. His body is still in the mortuary. I’m begging the family, I’m begging the public, I’m begging the government, please let’s bury our brother. He deserves a befitting burial.”
It would be recalled that Mohbad’s death sparked public outrage, protests, and investigations. Ongoing autopsy examinations, police inquiries, and legal proceedings have delayed burial arrangements amid family disagreements and public scrutiny.
