280 To Get Abe’s Free JME Forms
In continuation of his edu
cation support initiative, Senator Magnus Abe, representing Rivers South-East in the National Assembly has commenced the process of procuring the 2013/2014 JAMB forms for prospective indigent students across the district.
280 eligible candidates drawn from the seven local government areas in the district which include Andoni, Eleme, Gokana, Khana, Opobo/Nkoro, Oyigbo and Tai are to benefit from the gesture.
A breakdown indicates that 40 students from each of the local government areas with sound post primary school examination result, will be selected through a process initiated by experts recruited to identify potential recipients.
Beneficiaries of the scheme which started in 2011/2012 will grow to 847 when the process for 2013/2014 is completed.
The scheme tagged “Senator Magnus Ngei Abe Free JAMB form”, is geared towards assisting less privileged students across the district secure higher education to guarantee a blissful future.
