Guinness Workout Session Excites Aba
The Malta Guinness Low Sugar (MGLS) workout train made a
stop in Aba last weekend with its star
instructor, Kaffy, who ensured that the large turnout of health conscious
residents of the Abia City had a fun and well deserved workout.
Arguably the biggest workout session yet, about 50 eager and
expectant fans and lovers of Malta Guinness made their way to the Aba Sports
Club where the workout held.
The fun and excitement was apparent as Kaffy, Nigeria’s own
dance queen taught the crowd the routine of dance steps powered by Malta
Guinness Low Sugar. Speaking to us after the workout, Kaffy said, “It was a
really power-packed session. To see all these people participate with so much
enthusiasm, for me, was a great and rewarding feeling. It was great working
with you Aba!
“Healthy living requires that you do some exercise. After
the workout session, people were amazed at how much they had sweated, which was
an attestation to the Malta Guinness Low Sugar workout routine,” she added.
There was lots of Malta Guinness Low Sugar to refresh
participants during and after the workout.
At the workout session held in Lagos, Marketing Manager,
Malt, Mr. Emmanuel Agu said, “the huge turnout of workout faithfuls was a
confirmation that Nigerians truly believe in leading healthy, energetic
lifestyles which is what Malta Guinness Low Sugar is about.”
Participants at the workout session express their
appreciation for an opportunity to join in a unique Malta Guiness Low Sugar
workout. “We thank the Malta Guinness Low Sugar Workout team for bringing this
workout to Aba and hope it will become a regular activity with Malta Guinness
Low Sugar.”
It would be recalled that the Malta Guinness Low Sugar
Workout was launched recently in Lagos when the trio of Arsenal first team
players: Bacary Sagna, Per Mertesacker
and Lukas Podolski visited Nigeria.

Iwobi Optimistic On S’Eagles Qualification
Iwobi spoke to Tidesports source ahead of Nigeria’s crunch playoff semi-final against Gabon on Thursday, November 13, in Rabat, Morocco.
The 28-year-old was reacting to Nigeria’s shaky World Cup qualifying campaign that saw the Eagles finish second in Group C behind South Africa’s Bafana Bafana.
“We’ve managed to rescue ourselves from the dead,” Iwobi told Tidesports source.
We know we have the players and the abilities to compete against any other country in the world.”
The Fulham star pointed to Nigeria’s star power, highlighting African Footballer of the Year winners Ademola Lookman and Victor Osimhen as proof of the squad’s quality.
“We have last year’s African best player (Ademola Lookman), the year before that (Victor Osimhen),” he said.
“It’ll be a shame if we don’t make it, but we have a lot of confidence. We just have to prove it to ourselves.”
Nigeria’s path to the United States, Canada and Mexico has been turbulent, with two coaches departing during the early stages of qualifying before Éric Chelle steadied the ship to steer the Super Eagles into November’s CAF playoffs.
Four nations from the continent – Nigeria, Cameroon, DR Congo and Gabon – will vie for a solitary spot to compete in next March’s inter-confederation playoffs, with a view to joining the already nine qualified African nations at the Finals.
It would mark Iwobi’s second appearance at the World Cup Finals and the Super Eagles’ first since the 2018 edition of the competition.
Back then, Iwobi featured in all three games as Nigeria was knocked out in the group stage.
