Appeal Court Ruling, God’s Handiwork – Ikuru

Rivers State Deputy Governor, Engr. Tele Ikuru, says God, through the Appeal Court ruling, Wednesday that struck out the appeal by the Accord Party’s gubernatorial candidate in the 2007 elections, Chief Bekinbo Soberekon, overturned the machinations of opponents of the Governor Chibuike Amaechi-led administration. Engr. Ikuru, who said this yesterday during a Thanksgiving Service at the Deputy Governor’s Chapel, stated that “the will of the opposition did not prevail as power comes from God alone,” attributing the Appeal Court verdict to the handiwork of God Almighty. HoS Hails Fubara Over Provision of Accommodation for Permanent Secretaries

The Head of Service (HoS) of Rivers State, Dr. Mrs. Inyingi S. I. Brown, has commended Governor Sir Siminalayi Fubara, GSSRS, for approving befitting accommodation for Permanent Secretaries in the state.
