The state further advised all operators of such illegal telecommunication network ,masts to contact the Ministry of Urban Development and Physical Planning, 7th Floor, Block B, State Secretariat complex within 14 days and regularise the status of their masts or face unpleasant consequences.
The statement, therefore appealed to the operators of telecommunication network masts hoisted on high-rise buildings and high-land areas to comply with safety regulations by installing “Red Fire Flies of Aviation warning” because of their devices to guide helicopters and low-flying aircraft, especially at night.
