Two Rice Vessels To Berth At PH Port
Two vessels laden
with rice are expected to berth at the Rivers Port, Port Harcourt this week.
The vessels, MV Agua Runner with 7,800 metric tines and MV Interlink Activity with 10,300 metric tonnes.
The Nigeria Ports Authority in their daily bulletin, “Shipping Position” and made available to The Tide in Port Harcourt showed that MV Frio Melchor is with frozen fish, while MV Sea Progress, MT Sampatiki and MV Wariya Naree were laden with Dual Purpose Kerosine (DPK).
The bulletin also has it that three ships, MT Diddi, MT Sea-Adventure and MT Igbinosa were carrying Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), as MT Abiola and MT Igbinosa are with crude oil products.
Other vessels expected to berth at the port include MV Genius star viii with PKC.
It was learnt that iron Trader, MV Bold Voyager, Hali Ali Sari, Hia, and MT Break Through were among ships that were in the port, as well as Roe River, Abazi, Tebah, Delta Princess, Alexander Tua 83, Lamnalco marine Prince Express, Tama and Continental 1.
However, ships awaiting at fair way bouy were MT Favour, Bold Voyager and Breeze.
