Stakeholders Underscore Benefits Of Customers’ Satisfaction
Some company
executives in Lagos have said that organisations have much to gain through efficient and effective service delivery.
They spoke at a summit tagged ‘Customer Centricity’, organised by Montgomery West Africa in commemoration of 2013 Nigeria Customer Service Week.
Mr Nicolas Maechler, Principal, Mckinsey and Company, a U. K- based Management Consulting firm, advised companies to be committed to their customers’ satisfaction in order to make huge returns on their investments.
According to him, satisfied customers would usually help to increase organisation’ clientele through verbal consent and approval of their products.
He said many business organisations were not meeting up with customers’ expectations in terms of their products and service delivery.
