22 Ships Expected At Onne Port
Twenty-two ships laden with various goods and items are expected to berth at the Onne Ports, in Rivers State.
This was contained in a Nigerian Ports Authority Daily Shipping Position Onne Ports, a copy of which was made available to The Tide correspondent on Wednesday listed the ships as, indicated that MV Conti Bilbao, MT Pantelis, Sea Adventurer, MV Desert Peace, MT Masters Force 2, MV Baco Liner 2, and MT Prince Maurits.
Others are MV MirJam C, MV Universal Barcelona, MT Alice Theresa, UAL Rodach, UAL America, UAL Tycoom and BBC Adriatic.
The Tide also gathered that MT Ina Theresa, MT Kolka, LNG Rivers, MV Kota Perkasa, MV Kota Manis, Caroliner Theresa and MV Vera, are also expected to berth at the Onne Port (Federal Ocean Terminal and Federal Lighter Terminal).
It was learnt that some of the vessels are laden with rice, drilling fluids, general goods, oil products among others.
The Onne Daily shipping position also has it that MT Sea Adventurer, LNG Trinity Glory, MT Cape Bon, MT Masters Force II, MT Prins Maurits, LPG/C Berge Nantong, Bourbon Liberty 226 and Oracle 1, are vessels that had berth on Wednesday.
Also on berth were Lamnalco Houbara, Devries Tide, Armada Tuah 83, Bourbon Liberty 202, Terrel Tide, C. Rular, Fast servant, ARK Griffin and MV Common Venture.
The Tide gathered that some ships are also waiting at the fairway buoy, awaiting clearance.
