Ex-RSIEC Boss Tasks Christians On Faithfulness
The former Chairman of Rivers State Independent Electroal Commisson (RSIEC), Dr. Sam-Sam Jaja has called on Christians to imbibe the faithfulness and teachings of Abraham so as to attract God’s blessing.
Dr. Jaja who made the call during the 10th Anniversary celebration and fund raising for the building of a synagogue by the Holy Order of God Abraham Ministry in Port Harcourt recently said their commitment to the true teachings of father Abraham would help in their spiritual growth and winning of more souls for Christ.
According to him, their believe in the teachings of Abraham and putting same into practice would bring about spiritual and material blessings, since Abraham is the father of faith.
Dr. Sam Sam Jaja, who was also the Chairman of the occasion however gave an insight into the Abrahamism and called on all to sow seeds of blessing for the building of the synagogue for the worshipers, first of its kind, and thanked all for gracing the occasion.
In their separate speeches, the Commissioner for works, Mr. Dakuku Peterside, who was represented by Mr. Loveday Jaja, and the Chairman of Opobo/Nkoro Local Government Area, Hon. Maclean Uranta thanked God for the project and pledged to support the worthy cause until its completion.
Earlier, the Primate of the Ministry, Dr. Albert Magnus Uranta said the religion might sound nascent as it was rejected by the world earlier pointing out that its rejection had caused man’s denial of universal peace and unity.
“This time the message is to get his believers together, those who believe in God;s covenant made with Abraham by sacrifice as recorded in Psalm 50 verse 5,” he stated.
Primate Uranta said as a disciple of father Abraham on earth, God wanted his people to go back to where they would have life as they worship on Sabbath day as the Hebrews, stressing that as an ancient religion, it is the beginning of spiritual assembly.
Highlights of the day included the presentation of a lecture titled “what is Abrahamism religion” by the Primate Dr. Albert Magnus Uranta, the unveiling of the synagogue Cathedral and the cutting of the anniversary cake.
