Four Ships With Raw Sugar, Others Arrive Rivers Ports, Today

Management of the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) says a total of four ships laden with different cargoes will arrive Rivers Ports Complex, today.
This was contained in NPA’s latest weekly Shipping Position published by the Authority and copy made available to newsmen.
The Publication said the ships would arrive at different berths and terminals to discharge their cargoes.
It gave the names of the vessels for the Port as Queen Judi, Golden Eye, Pilon and Almeray, respectively.
The Authority gave the names of the shipping Agents as Ocean Glory and Jfdor.
The statement added that the four ships were laden with Bulk Wheat, Raw Sugar in bulk and Gypsum in bags.
It noted that the arrival of the ships would boost and stimulate socio- economic activities in Port Harcourt City and its environs, while also increasing trade and commerce in the South-South region.
