Ikwerre Musician Drums Support For APC
The Deputy National
Cordinator of National Youth Coalition (NYC) and Organising Secretary of All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ikwerre Local Government Area, Hon Morris Tenor, has charged the new officials of National Youth Coalition (NYC), Ikwerre Local Government Chapter to drum up more support for the APC.
He gave the charge during the inauguration of the Chapter at the APC Secretariat in Isiokpo recently.
“APC has come to stay and has taken over the country, which informs our function which is to increase the membership of APC by convincing those who belong to other parties to join APC’ he said.
Hon Morris who is also a musician lauded the effort of Governor Rotimi Amaechi for transforming Rivers State into a better state, saying “Governor Amaechi is a change agent with a developmental vision that will benefit the people of Rivers State.
He urged the youths to vote a God-fearing leader that would help to build a better future for them, noting that “when the righteous rules, the people rejoice.”
Also speaking, the NYC coordinator in Ikwerre L.G.A, Mr Okach Innocent commended the state coordinator of NYC, Hon Allwell-Brown Ibifamah and his state executive committee for making the inauguration a reality and also promised that he would ensure the growth of NYC.
