Dana Boosts Mgt Team, Pledges Better Services
Dana Air has appointed
high profile officers to its management team to boost operations.
They include Director of Maintenance and Engineering Mr Alberto Mansilla Head of Safety and Security and Head Ground Operations, Mr Ettete.
“Our mission at Dana is to consistently deliver the best quality service throughout our operations by attracting and retaining the most qualified personnel as well as continuous investment in training,” the Chief Executive Officer of Dana Air, Mr Jacky Hathiramani said.
According to Hathiramani, Mr Mansilla brought with him 36 years experience in the industry from leading global aviation outfits as an aircraft maintenance engineer.
He stated that Mr Ettete as a very experienced in-flight schedule and on time performance just as Bournaki is a certified IATA and ICAO instructor.
“Together with the rest of the DANA Air team, they are highly motivated to meet and even exceed the flight aspirations of our passengers, by providing level of service that is unrivalled in the Nigerian Aviation industry,” he said.
The CEO stated “we relish the opportunity to serve the flying public and to continue to go the extra mile to advance customers satisfaction,” noting that only recently Dana Air became the first airline in Nigeria to introduce the roving agent, a mobile device which allows customers to be checked-in on arrival at the airport quicker and more convenient check-in services.
Meanwhile, Dana Air currently operates 12 flights daily on the Lagos-Abuja-Lagos route, four flights daily on the Lagos-Port Harcourt-Lagos route and two flights daily on the Abuja-Port Harcourt-Abuja route.
According to the management, the airline is reputed for its efficient customer services, world class in-flight services, on time departure and arrivals, innovative e-airline products and highly quality standards in operations.
