Aremu also called on the government to motivate Nigerian workers to enable them concentrate on their primary assignment.
He also called for periodic review of workers’ minimum wage to eradicate corruption, saying “motivation of workers will aid productivity and development.’’
The Minister of Health, Prof. Onyebuchi Chukwu, said the Federal Government was working to ensure industrial harmony in the health sector.
The minister was represented by a director in the ministry, Mr Alex Oluyona.
The Chairman, Governing Board of the University Teaching Teaching Hospital (UITH), Mrs Jumoke Anifowoshe, called for mutual trust, honesty and cooperation among the staff of the hospital.
