Firm Restates Commitment To Customer Satisfaction
The Management of LG
Electronics Limited has reaffirmed its commitment towards the satisfaction of consumers needs through quality products.
Mr. Musa Hassan disclosed this during the commissioning of LG Electronics showroom at Trans/Amadi Port Harcourt.
Mr. Hassan who is the showroom manager said that the company is expanding its operations in the state as a result of the increase in the number of customers.
He thanked members of the society for their continuous patronage of LG Electronics products and called for it to be sustained.
Meanwhile, some customers of LG Electronics have commended the management for its excellent customer services.
A cross-section of customers who attended the opening ceremony, said that the showroom would make the company more accessible to the people.
A customer who gave his name as Mr. Amadi said that he would continue to patronise the company because of its excellent services and products.
“I have been a loyal customer to LG for years because of their services”, he said.
Another customer, Mrs Ughele commended the company for its excellent customer services.
Many other customers also praised the company for its excellent services.
