Cargo Ship, Nine Others Berth At PH Port, Soon
A general cargo ship,
MV Szafir is among nine other vessels expected to berth at the Port Harcourt Port, Rivers State.
This was contained in a Nigeria Ports Authority (NPA) Daily Shipping position made available to The Tide maritime correspondent in Port Harcourt last Wednesday.
The Tide gathered that MV Ivory Dawn, MV Fuji Bay and MV Coral Mermaid are laden with frozen fish as MV Orion Bay is carrying rice in bags, while Derron Alpha is with Premium Motor spirit (PMS).
It was also learnt that MT Arm of Grace is to berth with Automotive Gas Oil (AGO) while MT Sea Grace and MV Defender VI are laden with Ron 91 Goasoline and Inballast respectively.
The Tide correspondent further gathered that MT Green Oak, MV Frio Antwerp, MV Thorco Lineage, Andelucia, Prince of Sea and Tama Hope are ships on berth at the Port, while Sofia, Green Maloy and Sea Star are vessels waiting at the Fairway buoy as at the time of this report.
