12 Ships Expected At PH Port
Twelve ships laden
with bags of rice, bulk cement, bulk salt, frozen fish, dual purpose kerosene and premium motor spirit are expected to berth at the Port Harcourt Port, Rivers State.
A Nigeria Ports Authority (NPA) Daily Shipping Position made available to The Tide in Port Harcourt on Wednesday has it that four vessels, MV Four Emrald, MV Asian Wind, MV Vega Lea and MV Sea Anthena are with rice, MV Moon Dance II with bulk cement while MV Bold Voyager is carrying bulk salt.
Also expected to berth is MV Nova Bretagne with cartons of frozen fish, as MT Hydroussa is laden with premium motor spirit.
The Tide correspondent gathered that MT Favour, MT Rosemary, MT Sea Voyager and MT Ungieshi are with various metric tones of dual purpose kerosine.
It was also learnt that eight ships are awaiting at the fairway buoy off Bonny. They include Sterna Concept, Lord, MV Hai Feng 898, MT Triumph, Ivory Dawn, United Venture, Orion Bay and Norte.
