The Permanent Secretary, Pastor Paulinus Nsirim, who said this during a courtesy call in his office in Port Harcourt by Rivers Peace Project, a socio-political organization in the state, said it was the responsibility of everyone living and doing businesses in the state to join the campaign to reposition the state for investment, adding that the vocal minority who go about demarketing the state should never be allowed to succeed.
