EDMS Will Promote Error-Free Documentation – Xerox
Xerox has said that its quest for innovative products and services to promote information dissemination and error free documentation was the main aim of introducing the Electronic Document Management Solution (EDMS).
The General Manager, Marketing H.S. Nigeria Limited, Mr. Femi Abidoye said this in Port Harcourt on Tuesday.
Abidoye, explained that excellence, efficiency and productivity were among the aims of the EDMS introduction.
He hinted that the system, would be available in all ministries, departments and agencies (MDAs) to promote the management of documents in a more refined manner.
According to him, there will be an optical mark recognition software that will reduce the menace of examination malpractice to zero level.
Abidoye said some of its machines are multi-functional product with the capacity of a 20 print per minute full colour and that of black and white.
The General Manager, also hinted that its WC 7120, provides the cheapest cost per print on both colour and black/white.
Also speaking, the company’s Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Engineer Femi Okunade, said that the enormous business opportunity in the state and its planned synergy will improve the lots of the citizens.
Okunade, said that the company’s latest product, will enhance productivity and efficiency in the workplace.
