Subscribers Blast MTN Over Poor Service
Subscribers in Rivers State have lambasted the Mobile Telecommununication Network (MTN) over poor service in Voice and Fixed Internet Services.
One subscriber who gave his name as Dr. Kinika Didia, said the MTN had not done well in the recent times.
Didia said the poor service of the Hyconnect system of the MTN was a deliberate act to siphon money from subscribers.
He regretted a situation where one would enter a particular service system and would not enjoy it.
According to him, service disruption is gradually becoming the order of the day as no agency is regulating network providers in the country.
He was of the view that MTN and others should for once be made to repay all inconveniences faced by subscribers due to poor service provision.
Another subscriber, Bright Igbokwe noted that it is high time the Federal Government sought for new service providers in the country.
Igbokwe, maintained that all network providers in the country had over fed themselves with subscribers money and should be shown the way out.
Meanwhile, MTN had since apologised for any inconvenience the period of disruption, caused its customers, saying that they have reconnect all disconnected Fixed Internet and Voice Subscribers.
