While querying the number of women accessing loans from banks in Nigeria, she stressed the need for incentives and changes in employment policies including recruitment, promotion, training, compensation and career management policies to increase the number of women in the public sector at all levels, including those at the frontline and at decision making levels.

They include; most outstanding Female Civil Servant Award to Mrs Titilola Kune Cline of Ministry of Budget/Economic Planning, Most Outstanding Junior Civil Servant Award to George Geoffrey of the office of the Head of Service, while Ministry of Environment bagged most outstanding Ministry Award.
