Mr Worlu called on other stakeholders, especially the multinational companies operating in the country to key into this initiative as to promote the safety of the child to and from school.
He further promised that the Rivers State Government would ensure that teachers were properly oriented in the area of child safety management to ensure maximum impact on the children upbringing.
The event was attended by teachers school proprietors and other state holders.
A participant, Chief Christian Okoro commended the initiative and expressed the imperativeness of joint training as, according to him, until the private school system was involved, it would be complete.
