Dame Amaechi Mourns Caro Akaroloa
The wife of Rivers State Governor Dame Judith Amaechi has described the death of Mrs Caro Nne Akarolo as a big loss to womanhood.
Mrs Amaechi stated this during a condolence visit to Mr Chimbiko Akarolo Mayor of Port Harcourt over the demise of his wife in the early hours of Sunday after child birth.
The governor’s wife accompanied by Mrs Stella Feyii wife of the Secretary to the State Government of Rivers state and Mrs Ibim Semenitari Commissioner for Information and Communication paid glowing tribute to the late Mrs Caro Akarolo describing her as a dependable ally in the face of daunting challenges.
In her condolence message, Mrs Amaechi stated that the late wife of Mr Chimbiko was a nice and caring woman and a pillar of support to her husband.
“You are a nice and loving woman, your death is a great loss to us, and you are a blessing to your family and your husband the Mayor of Port Harcourt who is my husband’s son”.
The governor’s wife who thereafter interceded for the family in prayers enjoins Rivers people to show love to one another during difficult time.
