LMC Fines Abia Warriors, Sunshine Over Crowd Disorder
Abia Warriors and
Sunshine Stars have been fined and will play behind closed doors after crowd incidents at their home grounds recently.
Abia Warriors were fined a total of 2.5 million Naira and will play their remaining two home matches behind closed doors.
The games are against Shooting Stars and Nasarawa United.
This was on account of the attack on the referees in the recent game against FC IfeanyiUbah in Umuahia.
Sunshine Stars, on the other hand, have been fined a total of 2.7 million Naira following various breaches of the rule during a home game against Heartland.
They will also play a home game behind closed doors.
