Speaking to our correspondent during the graduation ceremony at the 3rd National Conference on Kindergarten Education in Port Harcourt, the supervisor of ESI schools in Rivers State, Dr. T.I. Dappa said that the ESI schools are magnificent and if such schools were built by private individuals, the fees would be high, “but she is doing it voluntarily”.
According to Dr. Dappa, her vision is to ensure that the less privilege in the society have access to early childhood education without payment.

He said the ESI children are example to other children because according to him, they are being trained in a modern and model way using the modern instructional equipment.
