Obuah Commends Wike Over Award
The Sole Administrator of the State Waste Management Agency (RIWAMA), Bro Felix Obuah, has commended the State Governor, Chief Nyesom Wike for achieving the Blue Print Newspaper Governor of the year.
In a statement signed by his media aide, Jerry Needam, RIWAMA Administrator described the conferment on Governor Wike as “well deserved”.
According to the statement, there can be no better integrity test than the one coming from the critical media that have assessed and found the governor worthy of honour based on his visible achievements and quality leadership that can be felt in all the sectors of the state economy.
While congratulating Gov Wike for adding another feather to his cap, Bro Obuah said every progress by the State Chief Executive is an echo of the unmistakable choice of the governor by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), under his watch as the man destined to be at the vanguard of superintending Rivers affairs at this period in history.
According to the RIWAMA boss, the position of the media on any issue is a ‘statement’ and representation of wider views of the mass majority of the people which means that the Central Character is on the right path.
“I congratulate and felicitate with Your Excellency for this honour you truly deserve. It shows that history is on your side, and I want to encourage you to forge ahead with your vision for our dear Rivers people.
“The media through the various awards and recognition of your efforts have said the minds of the majority of the people. We pray for you and your administration even as you strive to register greater legacies for posterity”, Bro Obuah declared.
